Michael Cornfield, a George Washington University professor who studies politics in the internet age, stated, “Very few people in public life, even today, get away with what Trump was able to get away with. I wonder what these gentlemen were thinking.” One example is Indiana state Republican Senator Jack Sandlin stated, Donald Trump got “more fat women out walking than (former first lady) Michell Obama did in 8 years.”
