Workforce dominated by educated women | Now what to do about equal pay

2019 looks to be the first year that women make up the majority of the college-educated labor force. It has major companies looking for ways to alter benefits packages to better appeal to women.

Better maternity/parental leave, better health coverage (including fertility treatments), more flexible schedules and work from home opportunities…are some of the ideas.

Also it’s a good time for businesses to also address pay equality; women still make 78%-82% of the average’s man salary.
